Job Summary

Valeo is a global tech company, designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent mobility. The Nogent-le-Rotrou site, a production facility with 330 employees, manufactures thermal management systems and ultrasonic sensors. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to actively contribute to operational objectives, ensuring people and organizational development. The role involves supporting managers, contributing to site performance, talent development, health and safety, employee engagement, social relations, and personnel administration.

Must Have

  • Support and coach managers on daily HR topics (workforce management, performance, development, compliance).
  • Contribute to site results by managing workforce (permanent and temporary) and monitoring absenteeism.
  • Participate in Health/Safety/Environment actions.
  • Deploy talent development tools, manage recruitment and integration.
  • Identify and implement training actions.
  • Apply and enforce HSE rules, manage risks, monitor unfitness situations.
  • Deploy Quality of Work Life policy.
  • Coordinate and deploy the engagement action plan.
  • Maintain good social climate and relations with union representatives.
  • Ensure proper application of HR administrative procedures (overtime, leave, presence management).
  • Guarantee data quality in HR systems.
  • Master's degree (Bac + 5).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong field affinity and ability to work in project mode.
  • Professional English level.

  • Experience ideally acquired in Industry.

The Valeo site in Nogent-le-Rotrou (28) is a production site. It brings together 330 employees around the manufacturing of thermal management systems (heating and air conditioning units) and ultrasonic sensors for automatic parking assistance.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join this site and actively contribute to achieving operational objectives while ensuring the development of people and the organization.

Your Main Missions:

  • Support and coaching for managers: Advise and support managers on all daily HR topics (workforce management, performance, development, compliance with rules, etc.).
  • Operational performance of the site: Contribute to the site's results by managing the workforce (permanent and temporary), monitoring absenteeism, and participating in Health/Safety/Environment actions.
  • HR Development: Deploy talent development tools, manage recruitment and integration, identify and implement training actions.
  • Health, safety & working conditions: Apply and enforce HSE rules, manage risks, monitor situations of unfitness, and deploy the Quality of Work Life policy.
  • Employee engagement: Coordinate and deploy the engagement action plan and participate in committees.
  • Social relations: Maintain a good social climate and relations with union representatives, supporting the Site HR Manager.
  • Personnel administration: Ensure the proper application of HR administrative procedures (overtime, leave, presence management) and guarantee the quality of data in HR systems.

About you

Holding a Bac + 5 (Master's degree), you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, ideally acquired in Industry.

You have developed a strong field affinity and a certain ability to work in project mode.

Our environment is strongly internationally oriented, hence a professional level of English is required.
