Engineer Information Technology

This role provides operational IT support and consultation for Equipment Maintenance Solutions globally, covering both SAP and non-SAP systems. Key responsibilities include serving as an in-house IT consultant, actively supporting process and system consolidation, creating solution proposals, ensuring quality of system customizing and development, conducting customer trainings, and participating in projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, prior IT technical knowledge, strong database skills (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL), and be fluent in English with good presentation skills.

Must Have

• Serve as an in-house consultant for IT solutions
• Provide operational IT support for Equipment Maintenance Solutions (SAP and non-SAP)
• Actively support process and system consolidation activities
• Involve or create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests
• Ensure quality for system customizing and development delivered by external service providers
• Conduct and support in-house customer trainings
• Participate in projects and deliver work packages assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field
• Prior working experience with good IT technical knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge in database skill such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL
• Fluent in English with good presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
