Description

We are looking for an Intern to to become a member of the CloudLinux infrastructure team. Our team is entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, from managing access and providing compute resources and services to everyone in the company, to developing our own infrastructure projects and automations.

This is a remote internship opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere and have a flexible schedule. No prior work experience is required for this internship opportunity. If you are a passionate individual interested in gaining practical experience in Internal IT and contributing to meaningful projects, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshooting software problems, and providing timely resolutions, including remote users
  • Participate in maintaining and upgrading the company's IT infrastructure
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects
  • Assist with Attlassian family products administration
  • Assist with VPN, domain, DNS records administration

Requirements
