Job Description

As an IT Partner Professional, you will be responsible for championing account management, integrating domain-centric processes, driving effective tool usage, enabling digital transformation, and managing change. You will act as a liaison between IT and various functions, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction. The role involves overseeing the implementation and optimization of IT platforms, leading digital transformation initiatives, and providing training and support. The candidate should have strong communication skills, project management experience, and be well-versed with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and SAP. This role is based out of Mumbai, with travel expected.
Must have:

  • Project management using Agile methodologies.

You’ll break new ground by:

  • Champion Account Management:
    • Be adept in IT account management methodologies incl. account planning.
    • Act as a liaison between IT and functions, regions, countries to manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Drive communication and establish feedback mechanisms.
    • Be the advisor to business management.
  • Seamless Domain Integration:
    • Deep understanding of business domains – Sales and marketing, Deliver chain management and Finance.
    • Integrate all domain centric processes and tools into seamless business experience.
  • Drive effective Tools usage / Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, customization, prioritization and optimization of multi-domain IT platforms.
    • Ensure reuse and scalability of IT tools/ applications in region.
    • Manage the repository of IT tools for the region.
    • Take primary responsibility for e-business / digital enablement tools (customer / partner related) – e.g. SiePortal.
  • Enable Digital Transformation:
    • Lead /Enable digital transformation initiatives that improve customer centric business processes (example – Lead to Cash).
    • Drive digital IT roadmap effectively by adapting Value stream mapping, impact analysis.
    • Focus on curating AI guided solutions.
    • Incorporate customer, partner and market feedback.
  • Change Management and Training:
    • Drive adoption of new tools and systems through effective management strategies.
    • Provide training and support to ensure business teams are proficient with technology.

  • Function and Tech Skills
    • Agile Methodologies Project management.
    • Sales capabilities like AI in sales, automation, virtual selling, and Customer engagement.
    • Strong Data capabilities like Knowledge of KPIs, sales/deliver metrics, and how to derive insights from data.
    • Well versed with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Technologies.
    • Project & Collaboration Tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
    • Handled at least 4-5 mid-size projects in Digital technologies using Agile or similar project management methodology.
  • Qualification
    • Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or management studies (MBA) from reputed institute.
    • ~ 10 years’ experience in IT field (consulting background).
    • Certificates in Digital Technologies and /or functional domains.
