Responsibilities
Team Introduction The IT-Solution & Business Management team ensures that the IT department plays a positive role in driving business growth and success. It also serves as a team that unifies management objectives to ensure organizational coordination and support to achieve the company's strategic goals. Role Overview You will be responsible for leading Global IT programs with a focus on cross-functional teams, increased complexity, and a mixture of infrastructure technology such as networking, security, and servers, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class workplace technology. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment with unique tools and processes not found in traditional technology companies.
- Take over and manage high-investment or large-impact projects across IT domains, including networks, endpoints, AV, IT security, and asset management. Establish projects by defining scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, schedules, and stakeholder reporting mechanism.
- Lead project feasibility studies, initiation, planning, execution, acceptance, deployment, closure, and post-project reviews.
- Form and coordinate cross-functional project teams, aligning internal IT resources (Product R&D, Infrastructure, Security, Asset, and Operations) with external partners (GSO, Legal, HR, Internal Audit).
- Coordinate system testing, drive working sessions with technical SMEs, and ensure solutions are fit for use.
- Setup the data driven measurement mechanism , continuously tracking metrics and identifying risks through data anomalies. perform risk assessment, work out mitigation plan , and go through change management process for cascading to stakeholders.
- Develop gray release strategies, refine technical solutions, and implement hybrid Waterfall-Agile methodologies for iterative delivery.
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions, ensuring strategic engagements with high sponsor satisfaction.
- Provide routine project reporting across all levels, from project teams to executive stakeholders. To ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering trust with internal and external IT stakeholders.
- Lead post-project evaluations, perform retrospectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT project management methodologies.
- Mentor junior project and program managers, sharing best practices and accumulated experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or above, and professional certification in methodologies such as Waterfall and/or Agile
- Experience creating project charters, including milestones, deliverables, scope statements, high-level schedules, and defining success criteria
- Experience juggling multiple project workstreams simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience delivering IT programs successfully
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects end to end from initiation through planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Able to create program schedules, budgets, charters, estimates, resource plans, WBS, risk/benefits/issues registers, RACI, and status reports, as needed
- Extensive experience using one or more typical project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheets
- Good understanding of workplace technology such as A/V, end-point protection, laptop/mobile device management, etc
- Experience of working within a technically complex, multi-country environment
- Highly competent with Windows and/or Mac environments, servers, storage systems, and networking

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually):
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130844 - $230533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
