We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hiring, with a key focus on bulk hiring and staff augmentation. The role involves handling recruitment not only for India but also for Canada and the USA. Proficiency in using Zoho Recruit is essential. Candidates from Hyderabad are preferred, as face-to-face interviews will be part of the selection process.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, including Software Engineers.
  
• Drive bulk hiring and staff augmentation efforts to meet high-volume hiring needs.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical positions across India, Canada, and the USA.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  
• Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and tracking recruitment progress.
  
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  
• Stay updated on market trends and hiring practices in India, Canada, and the USA.
