IT-specialist

Hacksaw Studios is a fast-growing tech company with a passion for creating world-class mobile games. We are growing rapidly and now need to strengthen our team with an internal IT specialist who can take care of our office IT and ensure everything runs smoothly for our employees.

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, has good knowledge of both Mac and PC, and finds everything from computer builds to networks and office equipment enjoyable. You will work hands-on with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting while providing professional support to your colleagues.

NOTE – This is an onsite role at our office in central Stockholm. We work full-time in the office, and working from home occurs only in exceptional cases.

What you will do

• Set up workstations – prepare computers and accessories, connect to networks, and ensure new employees get started quickly.
• Install and build computers – manage both Windows and Mac environments, upgrade hardware, and install software.
• Manage accounts and access – administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Support office equipment – provide support for printers, monitors, phones, video conferencing equipment, and other technology.
• Solve ongoing IT problems – be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and proactively improve our systems and routines.

We believe you...

• Have a few years of experience in IT support or a similar role and are comfortable in both Mac and Windows environments.
• Enjoy building and optimizing computers and networks, and ensure office equipment functions without interruptions.
• Are friendly, service-oriented, accommodating, and enjoy helping others.
• Are meticulous, structured, and good at documenting and following up on cases.
• Take personal responsibility, are active and proactive – you see what needs to be done and do it.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

The salary for this role is 30,000 SEK per month.
