The IT Support Engineer will support clients by troubleshooting technical problems related to applications, systems, and computer hardware. Responsibilities include installing and configuring Linux and Windows systems and software, supporting databases by writing queries, analyzing errors, and creating backups, and creating and updating user manuals and technical documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems, basic SQL knowledge, a good understanding of LAN/WAN configuration issues, and basic knowledge of virtualization.
