The IT Support Specialist at Full Swing Golf will be a primary figure in managing desktop support, ensuring all employees have a smooth, trouble-free computing experience. While desktop support is at the forefront, the individual will also contribute to the management and strategic planning of our cloud infrastructure along with assisting with minor engineering projects. The role plays a vital part in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports our business objectives and will require on-site presence 90% of the time.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Analyze, document, and recommend improvements for business processes and workflows.
- Design and implement system solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and modifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance metrics.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, responding to and resolving technical issues via a ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related problems, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Assist employees with IT-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage user access and permissions across enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT service support and system upgrades.
- Document recurring IT issues, contributing to a knowledge base for internal support.
- Support IT asset management, ensuring proper inventory and lifecycle tracking of hardware and software.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
