Job Description

The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for the creative operations of the DramaPops mobile app. This includes editing, localizing, and iterating marketing creatives, analyzing performance data, and optimizing assets for different formats. The specialist will also transform marketing initiatives into high-quality visuals. The role requires proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator, with a passion for motion graphics. The candidate should have experience in content creation, marketing art, motion design, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in relevant fields such as content creation, marketing art, motion design.
  • A degree in Animation, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
Must Have:
  • Edit and localize marketing creatives.
  • Analyze performance data of marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

POSITION The Marketing Operations is the backbone of the successful marketing process. Making a Drama app successful isn’t just about great marketing ads. It requires constant testing, iteration, localization and adjusting the winner ads for other platforms while having fun doing it. In this position, your sole responsibility is, not just any app, but our crown jewel, the DramaPops mobile app’s general creative operations. And that’s where you come in. Let’s dive in and see what you bring to the table! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING? ·   Edit, localize and iterate DramaPops related marketing creatives, including both motion graphics and static visuals according to the given brief from Performance Marketing Team. ·   Transform key marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals that capture attention. ·   Stay on top of mobile app creative ad industry. Analyze performance data from marketing creatives, break-down and come up with further improvement iterations to winner creatives. ·   Adjust existing assets, optimizing them for different formats and specifications (resizing, re-layouts, localizations). ·   Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and Illustrator. ·   Passionate about Motion Graphics. A degree in Animation, Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. WHAT YOU’LL BRING? ·   Passion. Passion for marketing, drama and data-driven creativity. Simple enough. ·   Know-how. You have a technical background or experience in relevant fields such as, content creation, marketing art, motion design, production design or any drama production related field. ·   Analytical approach.
