Job Description
P99Soft is seeking a Junior QA Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly with Java and Selenium. The role involves designing, executing, and automating test scripts, performing various types of testing, and reporting defects to ensure high-quality software delivery. This hybrid position in Hyderabad requires active participation in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong programming skills in Java for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
- Solid understanding of API testing and tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to design, write, and execute automated test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Validate RESTful APIs.
- Find, document, and track software bugs.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
