The reception team at PwC Poland seeks a Junior Administrative Specialist. This role involves managing administrative processes, organizing office work, and handling reception duties for both internal and external clients. The position also includes supporting internal and external meetings and coordinating communication.
Must have:
  • Handling office reception (external and internal clients)
  • Handling internal and external meetings
  • Acting as Office Manager deputy
  • Coordinating communication flow between employees and support teams
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Professional experience in a similar administrative position
  • Derive satisfaction from challenges
  • Enjoy a dynamic work environment
  • Very good English language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite tools
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to work stationary in the office (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

We provide services in managing the correct flow of administrative processes and comprehensive organization of office work.

Your future role:
