We focus on premium, rather than free-to-play games, and we’ve a portfolio of over 100 games, including iconic titles such as Worms, Overcooked, Hell Let Loose and Dredge. The games we publish top the charts on most gaming platforms and we have won many awards from BAFTAs to Golden Joysticks, as well as winning Publisher of the Year at the recent esteemed Develop Star Awards.

Our company is the largest and longest-standing entity within Team17 Group Plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM market) and includes our sister companies StoryToys and Astragon.

What You Will be doing

At Team17 we host a catalogue of 100+ indie titles and this is only growing! The Junior Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with our dedicated portfolio team and will support the marketing strategy for our genre agnostic portfolio of games: Blasphemous, DREDGE, Moving Out, Trepang2 and many more.

Your Day-To-Day

Taking ownership of marketing activity for the Portfolio Catalogue, from charity bundles and hardware partner promotions through to patches and language updates.

Working with internal teams to project manage marketing asset production for portfolio campaigns such as DLCs or new platform launches.

Acting as a key portfolio marketing contact for external developers.

Championing portfolio titles within the business through internal communications.

What You’ll Need

Creative Flair. You’ll be providing ideas on marketing assets and campaigns which you can then develop into actionable results.

Collaboration. You’ll work with with the wider mar-comms teams and key stakeholders across the business, utilising the strong relationships you have built, ensuring everyone has the latest information to stay connected in our approach.

Communication. Whether you’re interacting with your team or writing marketing copy for a campaign, clear communication is a key part of the role.

Games Knowledge. Not just of our portfolio catalogue of Team17 games which you’ll be re-playing and refreshing on each as you head into a campaign but also the wider games market and trends.

The recruitment process

Stage one: 45 minute Teams call interview with hiring Manger and Talent Acquisition.

Stage two: 1 hour Teams call interview with colleagues from across Team17.

Stage three: 45 minute Teams call interview with our Global Marketing Director
