Job Description

Our Financial Services consulting division specializes in Compliance, Internal Control, and Internal Audit for financial service providers. As a Junior Compliance Consultant, you will join a team working with banking, FinTech, insurance, and asset management clients. Your role will involve diverse assignments in internal audit, control, risk management, and compliance, both in France and internationally. This experience offers exposure to various financial subjects and a broad client base, including banks, neo-banks, and insurance companies.

Must Have:
  • Degree from a business or engineering school or university, with an interest in compliance and internal control.

Job Description & Summary

Our Financial Services consulting division brings together three areas of expertise: "Compliance, Internal Control and Internal Audit" dedicated to financial service providers. A key player in this field, our team of consultants works with banking, FinTech, insurance, asset management (investment companies, management companies) and real estate clients.

Integrated into the Compliance team, you will work for general management, inspection or internal audit departments, internal control and risk departments, on varied assignments and themes of internal audit and control, permanent control, risk management, or compliance, in France and abroad.

Through this experience, you will have the opportunity to work on transversal and varied subjects (e.g., financial institutions, credit activities, investment, financial management, information systems...) with a wide range of financial services clients (banks, neo-banks, FinTech, insurance companies, mutuals...).

What you can expect from us

Varied assignments at the heart of the regulatory and compliance challenges of the insurance sector:

  • Carry out compliance diagnostics to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist Compliance Departments in the operational implementation of new regulations or post-regulator remediation plans (ACPR, AFA, DOJ, EBA, etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate non-compliance risks and formulate appropriate recommendations
  • Design and implement management and control systems for activities
  • Define and maintain systems related to data protection, sustainable finance, fraud prevention and AML-CFT
  • Contribute to the implementation and configuration of filtering, screening and transaction monitoring tools
  • Conduct training and change management actions with teams

What we expect from you

  • Graduate of a business school, engineering school or university course, with an interest in compliance and internal control
  • Good knowledge of consulting professions, the insurance sector and applicable regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Organization, rigor, curiosity and excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in your assignments
  • Good team spirit, customer satisfaction orientation and professional English level (B2/C1)
