Junior Financial Analyst (Temporary)
Job Description

- Lead clients as a trusted Finance Business Partner
- Review and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads
- Manage the revenue and expenses for clients and their projects
- Partner with various departments within the company to manage client requirements and needs from a financial perspective
- Manage and generate monthly client invoices
- Manage time tracking and billings system for company
- Forecast, track and manage client budgets
- Work closely with the project management group in reporting and analyzing project budgets
- Analyze project billing efficiencies, realizations and utilizations and assist in the identification of growth opportunities
- Review and manage accounts receivables
- Lead and mentor finance team members both indirectly and as Career Developer
- English proficiency required: at least B2
- Degree with an accounting or finance major
- 1-2 years previous experience in finance or accounting
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Demonstrated mastery of Accounting system, Tenrox, Halo and Excel Reports

We seek a Junior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in San José, Costa Rica. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, managing complex accounting processes, and providing crucial support to financial management. The ideal candidate will possess understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
You Will

You Have
- English proficiency required: at least B2

- Professional development relevant to the role, 1-2 years previous experience in finance or accounting
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Demonstrated mastery of Accounting system, Tenrox, Halo and Excel Reports
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
