About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Finance Controller to join our Finance team in Paris. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a first experience in Controlling or Financial Analysis, eager to grow in a fast-paced and international environment.

Reporting to the Head of Finance France, you will support a variety of financial processes including financial closes, reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit preparation, and data reconciliation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Group Finance, Operations, Tech) to ensure the quality and reliability of financial data in one of Teads’ most strategic markets.

This is a key entry-level role within the Finance department with the potential to grow and learn across different financial topics and tools.

Key Responsibilities

You will take part in the financial follow-up of different areas, such as product activity and operational costs.

It includes :

  • Contribute to financial closes : accruals calculation, reconciliations, and data preparation
  • Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast
  • Support the preparation of budget and several reforecasts a year
  • Prepare documentation and responses for internal and external audits
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis for local and global stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between accounting and management reporting
  • Partner with the Finance team locally and globally to drive improvements in financial processes, including SOX compliance, 2026 e-invoicing regulations, and the rollout of new tools

About You

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting (Business School or University)
  • First professional experience or internship in a Finance/Controlling role (0–2 years)
  • Advanced level of English (working language of the group)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Autonomous, curious, and eager to learn
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with people all around the world
