Job Description
The Junior Financial Controlling Specialist role in Gdańsk (hybrid) involves preparing reports on group revenues and costs, collecting and analyzing financial data, verifying data accuracy, participating in month-end/year-end closing, supporting senior specialists, creating analyses and ad-hoc reports for management, and suggesting process improvements and automation. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel/Google Docs, English (B1 minimum), and Polish. Responsibilities include data processing, report generation, and contributing to financial control processes within the organization.
Must have:
- Higher education in finance/related field
- Good MS Excel/Google Docs skills
- Fluent English (B1+), Polish
