Job Description

As a Junior Product Manager, you'll immerse yourself in the world of land-based games, understanding their development from conception to execution. You'll identify trends, learn the game development process, and use data to make informed decisions. This role involves supporting the Global Games Product Management team and collaborating with creative teams. You'll lead the product lifecycle, making strategic decisions and formulating business strategies to guide development investments. The role will expose you to different aspects of the gaming industry, including US Gaming Ops, US Game Sales, Class 2, Europe, Latin America, VLT and other markets. You'll learn about market research, product planning, competitor intel gathering, game configuration documents and support major projects. By the end of your term, you'll gain experience in strategies, product management and extensive knowledge about game development. This role offers domestic travel and some international travel opportunities. You'll be expected to attend customer and venue visits and industry trade events, interacting with key stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on position where you'll learn something new and exciting every day.

As a Global Product Manager, you will immerse yourself in understanding the intricacies of our land-based games, from their conception to execution. You will be instrumental in identifying trends, learning the game development process, and utilizing data to make informed decisions. This role involves supporting the Global Games Product Management team and collaborating closely with our world-class creative teams. You will lead the product lifecycle, making strategic decisions and formulating business strategies to guide our development investments.

What You'll Do

  • You will rotate within the Americas based Global Games Product Management team learning to understand; US Gaming Ops, US Game Sales, Class 2, Europe, Latin America, VLT and other adjacent markets 

  • The Global Games team oversees the planning, strategy and execution of all global land-based games working closely with both the development teams to build Aristocrat’s world class gaming portfolio 

  • The graduate’s role will be supporting the product managers in each channel through market research, product planning, competitor intel gathering, game configuration documents and supporting the team in major yearly and monthly projects 

  • Exact responsibilities will vary depending on projects or needs by channel

  • At the end of the graduate term, you will be fully adverse in assisting with strategies, product management savvy and extensive knowledge around the making of games.

  • The role and industry will have you learning something new and exciting everyday

  • Will also involve domestic travel and some international travel opportunities

  • This is not a full-time desk position, you will be expected to attend customer and venues visits and industry trade events

  • Interaction with key stakeholders across the business is imperative

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of prior program manager experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong technical skills in area of study

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay Range

$50,726 - $94,207 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
