Project / role / missions description

We are looking for a motivated and visionary Project Leader to support projects related to Industry 4.0. In this role, you will participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening smart manufacturing and automation capabilities, as well as digitalization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement new technologies, and contribute to transforming traditional processes into digital workflows. Your missions will be as follows:

• Support the program manager in coordinating and monitoring project activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, IT, operations teams, and external partners
• Prepare reports and presentations for project updates
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and contribute to problem-solving and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare and organize project documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
• Support training and change management activities related to new digital tools and systems

You hold a higher education degree equivalent to a Master's level (Bac+5), ideally from an engineering school or equivalent, and you have 2 years of experience in:

• Project coordination, digitalization, IT Systems, or industrial engineering functions (1 to 2 years of relevant experience)
• A basic understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (digitalization, IoT, automation, data analysis, cloud computing, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, others)
• The ability to manage multiple tasks with particular attention to detail and deadlines
