Junior QA, Support

We are looking to hire a number of people to form a new functional team that will prioritise, diagnose and respond to issues/tickets raised by level 1 tech support. This would be an ideal role for a recent graduate who is looking for a role in a games development company.

Location: Hybrid/remote but you must be based in either the UK or Poland.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing:

● Prioritise, investigate, diagnose & respond to issues escalated by level 1 support staff

● Respond to tickets within SLA guidelines

● Record, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution

● Where necessary, writing bug reports

● Where necessary, regression testing of bug fixes

● Respond in timely manner to requests and issues

● Create & maintain documentation where necessary to reduce the number of tickets escalated by level 1 support staff

● Where necessary, escalate issues to the relevant tech teams for resolution

● Working with experts across every tech discipline within Push Gaming to build knowledge & solve problems

What you’ll bring to the role:

● A recent degree in an IT, Computing, Game Development (or similar) field.

● Ability to investigate & diagnose complex issues

● Problem solving and root-cause identification skills

● Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

● Previous experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems

● Knowledge of the online gambling industry would be highly beneficial

● Customer service mentality

● Strong organisational and time management skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● High attention to detail
