We are looking for a results-oriented Key Account Manager on a fixed-term contract, with excellent analytical and negotiation skills, to join our commercial team.
You will be the primary contact for assigned client accounts, mainly from large retail chains, with the mission of developing and optimizing results.
Job Objectives
Evaluate and establish commercial partnerships with current clients while seeking new partners to optimize the market launch of the portfolio. Identify commercial opportunities that allow for increased penetration with clients or create added value for iconic brands while ensuring a financially performing commercial relationship within your client scope.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily commercial relationships with clients in your portfolio
- Conduct prospecting, analyze client needs and potential commercial opportunities, involve various stakeholders, and provide convincing rational elements for a future commercial relationship
- Collaborate with various company departments to ensure referencing and activation of ranges
- Develop, optimize, and execute sales plans consistent with the commercial and marketing strategy by being the expert on client needs, analyzing client needs and sales results (direct/immediate sales), and maximizing commercial opportunities
- Actively contribute to the activity planning process, particularly by defining sales forecasts consistent with referencing and promotional activities
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to inform buyers of product availability and delivery times
- Participate in the negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements
- Monitor key performance indicators to achieve objectives and accelerate business growth and market share
- Collaborate with finance to manage and monitor the budget allocated to your client portfolio, respecting budgetary guidelines
Required Skills for the Position

- Fluent French and English.
- Commercial/Marketing experience ideally in an international environment and in competitive markets with strong seasonality.
