  • Ability to draft clear, concise, and easy-to-understand policies and procedures.
  • Experience in challenging senior stakeholders and maintaining robustness under challenge.
  • Background in business banking within an ACPR, AMF or CSSF regulated environment, with experience in FinTech being a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering excellent service to members while managing risks effectively.
  • Working knowledge of French is a great advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including external ones, and to articulate regulatory risks and trade-offs in processes and procedures.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive, resilient, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new challenges quickly.
