Job Description

This internship as a Lark Japan Customer Success Manager will involve supporting the increase of client usage of the Lark Team Productivity Suite. Responsibilities include creating user-friendly materials, identifying and reporting UX issues (translations, bugs) to the development team, conducting user training, and building simple applications to improve work efficiency. The intern will work closely with full-time employees to achieve these goals. The successful candidate will be interested in cloud tools, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and have full professional proficiency in Japanese. Prior internship experience in SaaS or client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities
About the team: CSMs are the trusted advisors for our customers to help build solutions to achieve business objectives, provide guidance on best practices with enablement, be the advocate for the customer and help customers boost creativity and engagement with our Team Productivity Suite (Lark). The Lark Customer Success team's vision is to enable every customer to achieve maximum value from their investment in Lark suite by creating a culture of trust with right interaction/engagement and at the right time. Responsibilities: With the support of our full-time employees, you will actually perform the following tasks: 1. Support to increase clients' usage rate of Lark - Create materials that are easy to understand for clients explaining to them how to use Lark 2. Support to improve UX for Japanese clients - Share any incorrect translations, system bugs, etc., with the development team and help resolve clients' issues 3. User training - Explain to clients how to use Lark 4. Build up simple applications - Build simple applications and write manuals for users to improve their work efficiency
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications / 必須資格 1. Interested in Cloud tools 2. Good at problem solution 3. Great communication skill 4.
