Job Description

  • Developing, directing and guiding an innovative art style for the game.
  • Lead all the Artists in order to maintain the vision and quality.
  • Overseeing and organizing project development cycle and the tools needed to complete successfully the art production.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other disciplines to establish technical and aesthetic guidelines for art in the game.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years experience as a Lead Artist at Game Studio, Animation Studio, Digital Agency, etc
  • Proactive and able to lead the team
  • Versatile in creating assets in various style
  • A good art perception
  • Passion for games development and strong game culture
