Job Description

Developing, directing and guiding an innovative art style for the game.
Lead all the Artists in order to maintain the vision and quality.
Overseeing and organizing project development cycle and the tools needed to complete successfully the art production.
Maintain a close working relationship with other disciplines to establish technical and aesthetic guidelines for art in the game.

Qualifications

At least 3-4 years experience as a Lead Artist at Game Studio, Animation Studio, Digital Agency, etc
Proactive and able to lead the team
Versatile in creating assets in various style
A good art perception
Passion for games development and strong game culture
