As a Lead Environment Artist, you will take charge of the environment of a game level, working in the editor with your team. Your responsibilities include providing artistic and technical support for the architectural level, planning and allocating tasks for the Level Art team, and interacting with the Assistant Art Director to align on the project's direction. You will solve artistic problems, interact with design and tech teams, find a technically and visually innovative point of view, assist in scoping and planning for maps and milestones, document processes, push back on limitations, and communicate effectively with project managers. You will also participate in annual performance evaluations.

Must Have:- 8+ years of experience as 3D/Environment Artist.
- 2 published titles (1 AAA), preferably on new-gen consoles.

- Knowledge of engine and game platforms technical constraints.
- Knowledge of Maya/Blender and Photoshop.
