Studio Gobo is an established AAA games studio, part of the Keywords family. As a Lead Level Designer, you’ll combine your passion for creating incredible gameplay experiences with leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of talented designers. You’ll drive the creation of world-class game levels, setting the standard for creativity, quality, and innovation, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

A Lead Level Designer at Studio Gobo...

• Works with Game Director and design leadership to articulate the game vision and establish level design pillars.
• Leads the level design team by setting quality standards, guiding best practices, and mentoring team members to better their craft.
• Works with production team to set and ensure the delivery of milestone and sprint goals for the level design team.
• Represents the level design team and promote cross-discipline communication.
• Champions the career development of your team and ensure the team’s wellbeing.

Things we'd love to see from you:

• Proactive, empathetic and collaborative team leader with excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Proven experience working on a published AAA action title in a senior level design capacity or above.
• Confident 3D block-out and scripting skills, proficient with Unreal Editor or comparable game engines.
