Lead Product Engineer - Innovus

The Lead Product Engineer will design and develop Innovus features to meet current and future customer needs. This role involves collaboration with R&D for technical specifications, supporting software releases, providing technical support and training, and working with a global cross-functional team to create technical solutions. The engineer will be involved in customer engagement and should possess strong technical and communication skills.

Must Have

• Experience in IC physical design is a plus.
• Familiarity with IC back-end design flow.
• Strong analysis and debugging capabilities.
• Strong scripting skills (Tcl, Python, and Perl preferred).
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skill in English.

Position Requirements:

• CS/EE MS, IC physical design experiences is a plus.
• Be familiar with IC back-end design flow, including place, route, clock tree synthesis and timing optimization.
• Strong analysis/debug capability for technical issues.
• Strong scripting skills preferred, including Tcl, Python, and Perl.
• Good team spirit and be able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skill in English
