Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of work experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics
- Knowledge of software, hardware, and service revenue recognition rules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Power Query, VBA)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in San Jose. This role will play a key part in supporting the company's financial forecasting, analysis, and planning activities, partnering closely with business leaders across functions.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in finance and data analysis, excels at transforming numbers into actionable insights, and communicates findings clearly and persuasively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop insightful scenario analysis and business commentaries to support executive decision-making.
- Analyze key financial drivers such as bookings, ACV, revenue trends, and sales quota.
- Design and maintain Excel-based models for scenario and sensitivity analysis, and contribute to process and reporting automation initiatives.
- Work closely with a technical finance engineer on data integrity, modeling, and dashboard enhancement.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
Job Requirements

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related field;
- 2+ years of work experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics.
- MBA/CPA/ACCA/CFA is a plus.
The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
