As a Lead Product Manager for Product Growth at Scopely, you will be responsible for driving a holistic growth strategy across the full player funnel for Marvel Strike Force. This includes initiatives from awareness and acquisition through conversion, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation. You will work closely with various teams like Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, and Player Experience to achieve scalable growth, using data, experimentation, and audience insights. This role involves defining and owning the audience growth strategy, leading growth initiatives, partnering with different teams, and developing cross-functional reports to provide visibility into growth performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mid-core mobile games and have experience in driving sustainable growth.
