Role 🎯

As Lead Product Owner, you will be responsible for a product squad while managing two other POs. You will play a key role in building our strategic and operational roadmap, driving delivery, continuously improving the user experience, and disseminating product culture.

Missions and Responsibilities ✅

Operational:

• Actively participate in the definition and evolution of the product strategy alongside the CPO, ensuring its proper operational implementation within your squad.
• Drive the standardization of product practices (methodological framework, tools, quality requirements, documentation) and ensure their adoption across all three squads.
• Write INVEST user stories, detailed use cases, and maintain a structured and prioritized backlog in line with the product vision.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product designers, QA, and business teams to ensure deliverables.
• Validate development deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze functional and business KPIs to track the impact of delivered features.
• Ensure communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Management:

• Manage the two Product Owners, challenge them, and guide the strategic alignment of their roadmaps while fostering their skill development.
• Establish product synchronization rituals (roadmap reviews, metric sharing, dependency management).
• Instill a strong product culture within the squads: accountability, sense of impact, qualitative rigor.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and evolution of the product team.
• Drive a dynamic of continuous improvement of processes, tools, and interactions in a logic of collective efficiency.

Skills ⭐

Hard Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in product and/or project management with a recent experience in a management role.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ideally of scaled agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus).
• Understanding of software development processes and associated technologies.
• Understanding of technical, product, and business challenges in a growth context.
• PSPO 1 certification appreciated.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and synthesis skills.

• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
