Koala Interactive is a fast-growing company behind Wyylde, a social network for exploring sexual practices in a secure environment. As a leader in France since 2016 with over 7 million users, and following expansion into Italy, Spain, and Germany, we are seeking passionate talent. This role involves developing and executing the company's marketing and commercial strategy to increase brand awareness, attract and retain users, and maximize revenue, all within a culture valuing freedom, respect, and responsibility, with flexible remote work options.

Must Have:
  • Elaborate and pilot the marketing plan, integrating all marketing mix levers.
  • Analyze markets to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement a full-funnel omnichannel strategy to maximize acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Develop and optimize user journeys to improve experience and loyalty.
  • Define clear objectives and measure their impact using KPIs.
  • Develop brand awareness by optimizing digital and offline presence.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI of implemented actions.
  • Detect emerging trends and anticipate market evolutions.
  • Supervise the organization of events (online and in-person).
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with media, influencers, and key partners.
  • Propose and test marketing innovations for continuous performance improvement.
  • Manage, structure, and develop the marketing team.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, including 5 years in a similar role.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Expertise in Branding & brand image (brand content, tone of voice, storytelling).
  • Expertise in Press relations, media management, influence marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise in Inbound/outbound strategies, competitive intelligence, trend analysis, marketing studies.
  • Expertise in Partner management (agencies, freelancers, consultants), marketing budget, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Expertise in Cross-channel marketing supervision, organization of physical and digital events.
  • Expertise in Optimized process development and integrated full-funnel vision to maximize user experience.

Role 🎯
