The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

• Supporting the legal team in the ongoing legal services of the Company listed on the WSE,
• Preparing and drafting contracts, including in the area of intellectual property, corporate documents, internal regulations and policies, and other acts regulating the functioning of capital companies and their bodies,
• Identifying and analyzing legal problems in the Company,
• Cooperation and substantive support for other departments of the Company,
• Other projects and duties according to tasks.

Job requirements

• Higher legal education and completed legal counsel/advocate apprenticeship,
• Very good knowledge of intellectual property law,
• Knowledge of civil law and commercial companies law, including regulations regarding companies listed on the WSE,
• Knowledge of labor law and personal data protection law,
• Advanced knowledge of English, including legal terminology,
• Experience in servicing entrepreneurs gained in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer,
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and work in a team (not only lawyers),

Good to have:

• Interest in the video game industry and related experience will be an additional asset,
• Participation in the School of American Law.
