Maintenance Engineer

The Lighting Systems Production Plant in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars using advanced metallization, assembly, and plastic injection technologies. Additionally, the plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. Due to the development of new projects, a modern Development Center has been opened in Chrzanów, which will focus on designing and producing innovative lighting systems dedicated to passenger cars.

Currently, for our Valeo Lighting Systems plant in Chrzanów, we are recruiting for the position of Maintenance Engineer.

Your tasks will include:

• Analyzing causes and removing failures together with maintenance technicians and defining preventive actions;
• Cooperation with external companies;
• Co-creating a spare parts management system;
• Conducting technical acceptance of new machines;
• Software and hardware modifications of machines, maintaining change documentation;
• Training of maintenance technicians and conservators;
• Creating and maintaining TPM documentation, supervising the implementation of the inspection plan;
• Defining and implementing changes improving machine reliability and efficiency.

• Higher mechanical or related education;
• Ability to read and create technical documentation;
• At least two years of experience in a similar position;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to solve problems independently;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Experience in preventive maintenance.
