ABOUT THE POSITION

Management Trainee (Full Time) position, is a two to three years Management Trainee program. You will be involved in the whole process of the game and digital art production. You will have the opportunity to rotate among different Divisions and Studios/countries and collaborate with different teams such as art, programming, design, finance, and HR. People management, project management, cross-disciplinary collaboration, international communication, and digital transformation will be some of the key disciplines where your skills will be put to use and reinforced. 

Responsibilities

  • Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. project and team management)
  • Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
  • Keep track of business revenue
  • Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
  • Create and give presentations
  • Handle the internal and external communication
  • Manage Client Relationships

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in management or engineering from a leading international University
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and possess high levels of self-motivation
  • Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciates multicultural working environments
  • International mindset
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to solve complex issues within tight deadlines
  • Great written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on ability to synthesize
  • Passionate about games and digital culture
  • Excellent math and computational ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willing to rotate in different divisions and studios/countries
