The Analytics Manager role involves developing analytics systems for business metrics, campaign analysis, and insights. It requires analyzing product and promotion impacts, identifying ROI improvements through A/B testing, and converting user behavior insights into projects to enhance product experience and marketing offers, ultimately understanding player behavior.

  • Analyze/estimate impact of changes to product and promotions and identify next steps to improve RoI.
  • Come up with actionable use behavior insights to improve product experience and marketing offers.
  • Convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.
  • Understand underlying player behavior.
  • At least 4 years of experience in analytics.
  • Hands on Experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing methods and frameworks.
  • Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Management.
  • Good understanding of statistics, probability, and segmentation techniques.

Summary of Role

• Develop sophisticated analytics systems to help with business metrics trend analysis, campaign

analysis and insighted

• To come up with actionable use behavior insights to improve product experience and marketing offers.

• To convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.

• To understand underlying player behavior.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

1. At least 4 years of experience in analytics.

2. Hands on Experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.

3. Deep knowledge of A/B testing methods and frameworks

4. Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Management

5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferable.

6. Good understanding of statistics, probability, and segmentation techniques.

7. Exceptional logical and analytical skills

8. Strong ability to parse through data and detect patterns

9. Strong ability to convert patterns in data to test hypotheses

10. Good written and oral communication skills
