The Operations team manages the worldwide distribution network, handling sneaker authentication, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery. This role involves managing a team of business analysts, setting roadmaps, prioritizing projects, and building scalable processes for accurate and timely reporting. The position supports data needs across various operations including fulfillment, logistics, authentication, finance, and inventory. Key responsibilities include owning reporting pipelines and dashboards for shipping costs, duty and tax, packaging, and direct labor accruals. The role also drives optimization initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to enhance efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic operational improvements.

About the Team

The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.

Ability to work in the US Pacific Timezone is strongly preferred.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a team of business analysts - setting the roadmap, prioritizing projects, and building scalable processes to deliver accurate, timely reporting
  • Support data needs across Operations, including Fulfillment, Logistics, Authentication, Finance, and Inventory
  • Own and manage key reporting pipelines and dashboards, including Shipping COGS, Duty & Tax, Packaging, and Direct Labor accruals
  • Drive optimization initiatives and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement solutions that increase efficiency, unlock savings, and drive GMV growth
  • Conduct complex analyses to identify opportunities and develop strategies for implementation
  • Collaborate with Ops teams to align on KPIs and improve consistency across global network
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to enhance data architecture and improve access to key operational metrics

  • 5+ years of strategic leadership experience in data analytics, logistics, and operations
  • Advanced expertise in SQL required
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Hiring Range:

$135,600 - $169,500 USD
