This strategic role focuses on enabling the evolution of the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, delivering organization-wide impact. It blends deep GRC domain expertise with stakeholder management. Responsibilities include supporting end-to-end delivery of the GRC system, improving platform capabilities, acting as a liaison between business teams and vendors, analyzing business processes to translate requirements into solutions, and driving user engagement. The role also involves ongoing management of the GRC platform, ensuring alignment with risk and compliance strategies, and translating business requirements into actionable specifications for implementation.
Must have:
  • Support end-to-end implementation of the GRC application, including requirements collection, solution build, configuration, and deployment activities.
  • Act as the main liaison between the GRC business team and the vendor, ensuring smooth platform delivery and system adoption.
  • Assist in crafting the integrated risk platform roadmap by supporting alignment with business objectives and contributing to planning discussions.
  • Design and implement a configuration strategy that supports the GRC framework, enabling business outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Handle critical system components including data model setup, workflow optimization, role-based access controls, reporting dashboards, and governance protocols.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the integrated platform, usability initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and enhancements in partnership with LSEG’s technology partners and the GRC vendor.
  • Deliver training, support, and documentation to promote user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Ensure system integrity, security, and governance across data and process flows.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and configuring leading GRC platforms to meet business needs.
  • Experience on working on GRC platforms with exposure to implementing risk management, compliance processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Solid ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in customer engagement, vendor management, and leading change initiatives.
  • Support performance tracking and help define metrics to improve GRC system efficiency and outcomes.

Job Details

ROLE PROFILE:

Enable the evolution of our enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform by delivering organization-wide impact. This strategic role blends deep GRC domain expertise with stake-holder management. You will -

  • Support end-to-end delivery of the GRC system aligned with group risk goals.
  • Improve and scale platform capabilities to support governance and regulatory needs.
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and the platform vendor for configuration, integration, and adoption.
  • Analyse business processes and frameworks to translate requirements into platform solutions.
  • Drive user engagement and adoption through usability initiatives and continuous improvement.

ROLE SUMMARY:

Support in driving ongoing management of the enterprise GRC platform, ensuring alignment with risk and compliance strategies. The role is accountable for working in close partnership with business partners, the application support team and vendor to ensure that both existing and emerging business requirements—arising from operational usage, framework improvements, or regulatory changes—are clearly understood, well-documented, and translated into actionable specifications for implementation by the support team.

You will be driving platform adoption and optimizing system performance through effective tooling. Additionally, will support on architectural build and drive the implementation of various GRC modules and components within a unified platform. This includes ensuring seamless cross-linkages and efficient reuse of data attributes to enable a comprehensive risk profile across the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Support the end-to-end implementation of the GRC application, including collecting requirements, assisting with solution build, and coordinating configuration and deployment activities
