The Manager, Supply Management will partner with the Executive Director, DTC Retail, Merchandise Strategy & Development, and Merchandising Planning teams to lead the supply management process for all product categories. Responsibilities include developing and implementing supply management strategies, managing production (cost, quality, delivery), overseeing supplier relationships and contracts, conducting market trend analyses, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building a high-performing team. The role manages approximately 4000 SKUs annually for Japan DTC Retail products and requires deep knowledge of the Japanese retail market. Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial analysis skills are essential.
