Job Description

Join Axon as a Manager, System & Data Analytics and be a Force for Good. This role involves leading a team of analysts in designing and delivering robust data models, reporting frameworks, and application operational support for revenue accounting and close optimization. You will drive adoption of analytical tools, collaborate with various departments to develop scalable data models, and provide strategic recommendations based on quantitative insights. The position requires ensuring data quality and contributing to cross-functional projects like system upgrades and data validation. Good To Have:
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Snowflake
  • Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of revenue accounting processes and systems (e.g., RevStream)
  • Experience leading international teams, reporting to US based management
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology company
  • Experience with process automation (Alteryx, Power Automate, RPA)
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, IT or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or Data Analytics
  • At least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity
  • Solid understanding of the QTC process and accounting/FP&A operations
  • Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Python, and enterprise reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma)
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and automated reports
  • Experience in program management, working within matrixed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Availability to work partially overlapping hours with U.S.-based teams (3-5 hours per week)

Location: Hybrid working in our HCMC office

Reports to: Senior Director, Revenue Transformation 

Work Schedule: Requires some overlapping working hours with U.S. time zones (2-3 times a week, transition to weekly once established) 

Language Requirement: Must be proficient in both written and spoken English

Your Impact: As the Manager, System and Data Analytics on Axon’s Revenue Transformation team, you’ll lead a group of analysts in designing and delivering robust data models,reporting frameworks and application operational support for revenue accounting and close optimization. This role demands not only technical proficiency but strong leadership andstakeholder management skills to align across functions and geographies. You’ll help scale Axon’s analytics maturity and play a central role in automating reporting systems and identifyingimprovement opportunities that impact the company’s bottom line.

What You’ll Do: Manage a team of analysts and oversee delivery of key reporting initiatives, Drive adoption of analytical tools and dashboards. Collaborate with Revenue Accounting, BI,IT, and Data Engineering to develop scalable data models, automation pipelines and provide subledger application operational support. Provide strategic recommendations to leadershipbased on quantitative insights. Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across revenue systems. Contribute to cross-functional projects, including system upgrades, systemsintegration, data validation controls. 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, IT or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 6+ years of accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity
  • Solid understanding of the QTC process and accounting/FP&A operations
  • Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Python, and enterprise reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma)
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights, automated reports to stakeholders
  • Experience in program management, working within matrixed teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Snowflake
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
