Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer II will be responsible for maintaining daily production, including ECRs, WI updates, and inspections, ensuring smooth production flow. They will solve technical problems using methods like Poka yoke and FMEA to improve process reliability. Collaboration with SQE, R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams is essential for analyzing defects and supporting new product introduction. They will lead or participate in factory improvement projects like Kaizen and 5S, manage equipment, and create test specifications. The working time is from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Must have:
  • Maintain production and update related documents.
  • Solve technical production problems with continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze defects and support new product introduction.
  • Lead/participate in factory improvement projects.
  • Manage production line equipment.

Job Details

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily work of production maintains, including ECR, WI updates, IPQC inspections, fixture and equipment inspections, etc., to ensure production flow smoothly.
  • Solve technical problems in daily production, through continuous improvement and innovation, and using methods Poka yoke, FMEA, enhance process reliability and improve build in quality.
  • Collaborate with SQE to analyze the causes of defective parts and promote corrective actions. 
  • Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production preparation.
  • Lead or participate in factory improvement projects, Lean activities such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, etc., simplify processes, and reduce waste.  
  • Production line equipment management, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Create test spec and plan, participate in the design, selection, and maintenance plan formulation of tester.
  • Working time: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
