Job Description

The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for executing manufacturing operations, collaborating with quality and engineering teams on continuous improvement projects. They will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient, timely, and budget-conscious product production. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting regular audits. The role involves managing a team/line, making data-driven decisions, and effective communication across all levels of the company's value chain. The candidate should be a Spanish speaker, with high familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms.
Must have:
  • Manage manufacturing team/line for minimum 2 years.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and ERP/WMS systems.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies.

You will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, delivering manufacturing and global logistics solutions for Sword Health. Reporting to the manufacturing manager your responsibility will be executing manufacturing operations, working closely with the quality and engineering teams on continuous improvement projects.



What you’ll be doing:
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.
  • Provide technical support to other teams, including engineering, quality, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure they are operating effectively.
  • Ensure training and development of shopfloor operators aligned with Sword's Quality Management System.


What you need to have:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain management;
  • At least 2 years of managing a manufacturing team/line;
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, along with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with all levels of the company's value chain;
  • Autonomy and Proactivity in solving problems;
  • Spanish speaker.
  • High familiarity with digital tools and enterprise platforms, including ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and Oracle.

$85,629 - $134,560 a year
Base: $70,000 - $110,000
Variable: $5,250 - $8,250
Net equity value per year: $10,379 - 16,310

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary and any potential variable, bonus or sales incentives, and the Company’s estimation of the value of private company stock options, if applicable. The pay range is subject to change, future value of company stock options is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified in the future.
