Binance is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Market Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its trading platform. The role involves maintaining market integrity, supporting liquidity strategies, coordinating with market makers, and improving operational workflows across various teams. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day market operations, managing relationships with liquidity providers, defining and monitoring market health indicators, and developing operational SOPs. The manager will also collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to enhance order book performance and user experience, oversee new pair launches, and analyze market metrics. Additionally, the role supports OTC trading operations and drives cross-functional initiatives like trading campaign design and VIP user coordination.

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Market Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our trading platform. You will be responsible for maintaining market integrity, supporting liquidity strategies, coordinating with market makers, and enhancing operational workflows across product, risk, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day market operations with full ownership of liquidity, spread, and depth across trading pairs
- Strategically manage relationships with Market Makers and Liquidity Providers, including performance reviews, SLA enforcement, and incentive structures
- Define and monitor key market health indicators (spread, volume, fill rate, volatility impact, quote coverage)
- Define and implement operational SOPs, monitoring tools, and daily reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to improve order book
- performance, fee structures, and user experience
- Oversee launch readiness for new pairs, including parameter setting, hedging
- coordination, and market opening strategy
- Track and analyze market metrics: trading volume, active users, spreads, and quote
- coverage
- Lead or support projects involving new pair launches, trading campaigns, or market
- upgrades
- Drive cross-functional initiatives including trading campaign design, OTC flow
- optimization, and VIP user coordination
- Support OTC trading operations when needed and maintain internal records related to
- market operation audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in market making, liquidity management, OTC trading, or related
- roles in financial services or cryptocurrency
- Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring performance metrics and generating insights
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for cryptocurrency and financial services
- Proven ability to manage complex operations under pressure and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or traditional financial services (a plus)
- Knowledge and experience in operations and settlements, especially automated payments through host-to-host API connectivity (a plus)
