Job Description
Luni is seeking a creative Marketing Artist to drive the success of mobile app marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with a Performance Marketing Manager to create visually engaging static images, motion graphics, and video content for millions of users worldwide. Responsibilities include editing videos, staying updated on social media trends, brainstorming new ad concepts, optimizing assets for different formats, conducting market research, and analyzing creative performance. The ideal candidate is passionate, proficient with design tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or Premiere Pro, possesses advanced English skills, strong animation abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
Must have:

As a Marketing Artist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative success of our marketing campaigns. Working closely with a Performance Marketing Manager, you will receive clear briefs and collaborate to bring fresh ideas to life, creating visually engaging content that captivates and inspires millions of users worldwide.
👉 What you will do ?
-Create Compelling Visuals: Design and produce static images, motion graphics, and video content for mobile app marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality visuals tailored to various platforms.
-Edit & Collaborate: Edit videos featuring creators and work closely with them to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
-Follow Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative formats to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge.
-Brainstorm & Innovate: Partner with the Marketing Team to brainstorm creative ad concepts and contribute new, innovative ideas to elevate our campaigns.
-Adapt & Optimize Assets: Modify and optimize existing assets for different formats, layouts, and localizations, ensuring content aligns with technical requirements and campaign goals.
-Benchmark the Best: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, refine creative strategies, and suggest improvements.
-Be Data-Driven: Analyze the performance of marketing creatives and implement insights to improve design and engagement.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Artist who is eager to make an impact in our fast-paced and creative environment.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
-Proficiency with Design Tools: Experience with tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or Premiere Pro is essential. Knowledge of Figma is a strong plus.
-Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English skills
-Trend Awareness: Strong knowledge of social media trends and emerging creative practices in the industry.
-Strong Animation Skills: A good eye for detail, animation, and motion design to create captivating content.
-Data-Driven Mindset: Use insights from data to inform creative decisions, ensuring your work resonates with target audiences and aligns with performance results.
-Adaptability and Openness: You’re open to constructive criticism, ready to iterate on your work, and eager to grow professionally.
-Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset to work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and other team members, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
Must-have :
-Previous experience in mobile app or gaming-related marketing.
🏢 This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our French hubs (Bordeaux/Paris). There is a job offer open in each city, but only one vacancy.
