Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across the entire CatFace ecosystem—including content, merchandise, game development, animation, and video production. You’ll define and execute a cross-platform marketing strategy that amplifies every corner of our brand, drives engagement, and supports business growth. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a strong command of digital marketing, audience behavior, and brand storytelling in the entertainment space. This role has a direct career path for the right individual to grow into Head of Marketing.
Must have:
  • Lead Marketing Strategy: Own and execute a data-informed marketing roadmap that aligns with company goals and supports our departments across video, games, merch, and animation.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, animators, and merch teams to develop campaigns that connect audiences with every facet of our brand.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch multi-channel campaigns across YouTube, social media, email, influencer marketing, and live events to grow and engage our audience.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development in a fast-moving content environment.
  • Brand Consistency: Oversee the production of marketing assets—including creative briefs, promotional content, landing pages, and paid media—that align with CatFace’s tone and visual identity.
  • Performance & Insights: Analyze audience behavior, platform trends, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and fan engagement strategies to keep CatFace culturally relevant and competitive.
  • Budget & Vendors: Manage the marketing budget and oversee external vendors and partners to ensure strategic alignment and efficient spend.
  • Brand Representation: Represent CatFace at events, partner meetings, and media opportunities to elevate our presence in the industry and community.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years in marketing leadership, ideally in digital media, gaming, or entertainment.
  • Proven experience leading strategy, executing campaigns, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong grasp of social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and branding.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience connection.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
