Fugo is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team and contribute to creating high-quality mobile games. The role involves assisting in the end-to-end creation of playable video ads, including ideation, production, quality assurance, and delivery. Responsibilities also include supporting daily marketing operations such as creative QA, A/B testing, asset delivery across various platforms, and documentation. The specialist will collaborate with user acquisition and creative teams to ensure smooth planning, production, and post-production processes, and will identify issues with current tools to improve efficiency.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who values an enjoyable work atmosphere and will make the difference in the mobile gaming industry.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the end-to-end creation of playable video ads ideation, production, QA & delivery.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations including QA of creatives, A/B testing, asset delivery across different platforms and documentation.
- Work closely with our user acquisition and creative teams to make sure the planning, production and post production processes run smoothly.
- Improve efficiency by identification of the issues with the tools-in-use.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their marketing career
- Passionate about mobile gaming industry
- Basic familiarity or interest in digital/mobile marketing
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable using tools and platforms (we’ll guide you, don’t worry!)
- A proactive and hands-on attitude – ready to learn and adapt
- Effective time management and the ability to work with deadlines
