We are looking for a creative and analytical Growth Specialist to make a difference in mobile gaming marketing. This role involves optimizing user acquisition campaigns, developing and implementing monetization strategies, staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with the creative team, analyzing UA spend, managing relationships with ad network partners (Google, Facebook), and conducting A/B testing. The role involves responsibilities such as optimizing user acquisition campaigns of our products to ensure efficient use of marketing budget; developing and implementing monetization strategies for our mobile games; following up-to-date trends and creating a mindset to develop marketing creative schemes; working closely with the creative team to help them produce new key creatives and monitoring the test results; provide insightful analysis of our UA spend and its results; managing the relations with ad network partners such as Google and Facebook to maximize campaign effectiveness and conducting A/B testing and implement new approaches based on the results.
