Job Description
INTERNATIONAL CLIENT SERVICE DIRECTOR – NESCAFE
Transversal role across Europe and SBU
- Reports to the Global Category Lead
- Leads Zone Europe relationship and developments (multiple campaign developments originated at Conseil) and activation / amplification with Power of One
- Works with the SBU on global projects (product innovation, global guidelines, campaigns…)
- Ensures the excellence of projects; effectively manages and interprets client feedback; guides/leads Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs) to implement projects smoothly and effectively
- Builds trust and reputation of Publicis as a strategic and creative partner
- Develops new biz opportunities for Agency and for PO1
- Manages and builds the account revenue and margin – for the Conseil agency
- Will lead & coordinate teams within Conseil, within Groupe, mostly in Europe.
- KPIs of the position: client management, strategic & creative output, financials.
Qualifications
Expertise
- International profile (non-French welcome – yet able to maneuver with agency stakeholders who don’t speak English)
- Strategic thinking (articulating a long-term vision for the account, the brand, and creative strategy for campaigns) and Creative culture & appetite are a must-have.
- Used to 360 developments and truly integrated projects (website, CRM, e-content)
- Strong client relationship: need to build and develop the business with new stakeholders in a moving organization, will need to manage senior clients and defend both agency and group. Gets insights from clients about their organization, their business etc.
- Experience, ability and appetite to manage teams across PO1 (both creative / digital etc)
- Prior experience of managing within a network (PO1 and international network) digital, ATL and potentially CRM projects.
- Project ownership and ability to prioritize and / or delegate effectively within the team

- Fluent in English, if not native.
- Comfortable in French (required)
