Must have:
  • 12 years of experience in master planning or supply chain management

Good to have:
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in Constructions or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master planning Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective master planning strategies to optimize our supply chain operations and drive operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive master production schedules aligned with business objectives and customer demand
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Implement and maintain ERP systems to support master planning processes
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness
  • Create and present analytical reports to senior management for decision-making purposes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on master planning best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12 years of experience in master planning or supply chain management, preferably in Constructions or infrastucture. 
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles and inventory optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools and creating comprehensive reports
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and global supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role
