Job Description

As a MEA Regional Partnership Manager for BytePlus, you will be instrumental in expanding our global enterprise customer base by developing and executing a comprehensive cloud channel strategy. This involves identifying, recruiting, and enabling new partners like MSPs, SIs, and cloud resellers. You will manage key partner relationships, drive pipeline generation, and co-selling efforts to meet revenue targets. The role requires monitoring partner performance, staying informed on market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure partner success and a seamless experience.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive cloud channel strategy.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (MSPs, SIs, cloud resellers).
  • Deliver enablement programs for partner training on products and sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Drive pipeline generation and co-selling efforts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for partner success.

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud channel strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners such as MSPs, SIs, and cloud resellers.
  • Enablement & Training: Deliver enablement programs to ensure partners are trained on our cloud products, go-to-market plans, and sales processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Sales Management: Drive pipeline generation and co-selling efforts with partners to achieve revenue targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis to internal leadership.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partner strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless partner experience and success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experienced in managing partnerships with Hyperscalers, SaaS and PaaS companies, Digital Native ecosystem (e.g gaming, social, web3, crypto), and FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies or platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, LLM, AIML, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus or a technical background would be beneficial for this role.
  • Creative and solution driven to make the impossible possible.
  • Result driven while staying adaptive to change and embracing new challenges
  • Drives ambitious goals with a strong focus on operational excellence and execution
