This Senior Associate role in GoFood supports the Merchant Marketing team in shaping how F&B merchants discover and choose GoFood as their online food delivery partner. You will work with the Branding & Acquisition Manager to bring GoFood's value proposition to life, attracting and converting high-potential merchants. Responsibilities include supporting targeted acquisition campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and exploring new acquisition levers. You will help ensure messaging is clear, credible, and action-oriented, contributing to expanding GoFood's merchant base and brand footprint. Job Description
What You Will Do
- Support the execution of merchant acquisition campaigns aimed at driving high-quality merchant sign-ups across various segments and regions.
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition campaigns using various ads platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ads platforms.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and drive qualified organic traffic.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by experimenting with audience segmentation, bid strategies, creative assets, and ad copy variations to improve key performance metrics across all funnel stages.
- Work on a budget to maximize KPIs while maintaining cost per acquisition (CPA) at an efficient level.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that effectively resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and report on merchant funnel performance from awareness to conversion, helping optimize targeting and messaging across channels.
- Conduct research on merchant behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to support campaign planning and experimentation.
- Execute localized and tactical initiatives that help penetrate new merchant segments or high-potential areas.
- Support the testing of new acquisition tactics, including channel experiments, timing, and content variations, to drive growth efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Sales Team Regional Ops) to ensure timely delivery of acquisition assets and campaigns.
- Work with agencies / vendors to ensure consistent execution quality across external touchpoints.
What You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, performance marketing, or related roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B industry.
- Proficiency in running or supporting acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, such as paid ads, social media, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Appsflyer, etc.
- Familiarity with customer/partner acquisition funnels and conversion metrics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, regional teams, sales) to drive coordinated execution.
- Comfortable with basic campaign performance analysis and using data to make recommendations.
- Exposure to local marketing or regional execution is a plus.
- Experience in working with or marketing to SMBs or merchants is an advantage.
- Ability to query and analyze data using SQL is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience with offline activation acquisition channels
